Commission Disclosure & Transparency Statement

We, Golden Sparrow Consultancy, are registered as a Mutual Fund Distributor (MFD) with AMFI. As part of regulatory requirements, we disclose the commissions received from Asset Management Companies (AMCs).

These commissions are paid by the AMC and do not result in any additional cost to you as an investor.

Commission is a fee paid by the AMC to the distributor for:

• Onboarding investors 
• Providing ongoing service 
• Portfolio support and guidance 

It is already built into the scheme’s expense ratio.

• Ongoing commission paid annually 
• Based on the invested amount and duration
